Subject

Zerra is a Dubai off-plan real estate investment brand built from scratch for a new entrant with no product, no name and no market presence yet — only an opportunity: connecting global investors to UAE developers through invite-only property events. We designed and built the full ecosystem: a public website, a partner portal for referral commissions, social content, and an investor roadshow deck.

What have we done

  1. Designed a brand identity from scratch for a new entrant in Dubai off-plan real estate.
  2. Designed and built the public website — event registration, a "Why Invest in Dubai" breakdown, and a remote-matching form for people who can't attend in person.
  3. Designed and built a separate partner portal with a commission calculator for two referral tiers — direct clients and network partners.
  4. Designed social media content — an Instagram profile and post templates built around Dubai market data.
  5. Designed an investor roadshow deck covering market data, governance, tax policy and investment strategy.

Task

The client was entering a crowded, high-trust category — Dubai off-plan real estate — with no track record and no way yet to reach the two audiences the business depends on: investors who attend events, and partners who refer them. Everything had to be built from a blank page in two months with a two-person team, and had to look credible enough to sit next to developers like Emaar and Damac on day one.

Solution

We split the ecosystem by audience instead of building one generic site. The public website leads with the event itself — "meet us in person" — because in this category trust is built face to face, not through a contact form alone; a remote-matching form catches people who can't attend. The partner portal is a separate, darker experience built around one argument — "turn your network into income" — with the commission math shown upfront so a broker can calculate their own payout before agreeing to anything. Social content and the investor deck carry the same market data — cash transaction share, rental yields, historical sales volume — reframed for whoever is reading it.

The partner side of the site does more than explain commissions — an FAQ, a step-by-step "What Happens at the Event," trust logos from Emaar, Damac, Ellington, Sobha and other developers, and a map of the partner network all sit on the same page, so a broker can qualify themselves before ever booking a call.

The same market numbers that justify a partner's commission — cash-heavy transactions, rental yields, resale speed — get repackaged as investor-facing proof points on social media, down to the historical sales-volume chart showing the market recovering and accelerating since 2021.

The investor roadshow deck takes the same story further — Dubai's economic momentum, governance stability, a 0% tax policy, and concrete investment strategies like bulk-buy-and-refinance — built for a room of investors deciding where to put real money, not a scrolling audience.
