//Marketing support

Every channel, one team, and the developers who can fix the page
Marketing support is our monthly retainer: SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Telegram Ads, email and the analytics under all of them, run by one team on one invoice. The difference from an agency is what happens when the ads are fine and the cost per customer is not — we are a development studio, so we rebuild the landing page, fix the tracking or add the missing event in the same week instead of filing a ticket with somebody else.
//the channels
Six channels, and when each one is the right answer
A retainer usually starts with two of these, not all six. Each has its own page with the funnel, the benchmarks and the case where we told a client not to bother.
SEO
Slow, compounding, and the only channel that keeps working when you stop paying. Local search for Lithuania, international structure for multi-market products.
best when · there is demand already being searched for
Google Ads
Buying intent that exists today. Search, Shopping and PMax, with the exclusions and the negative lists that stop the budget quietly leaking.
best when · people search for what you sell
Meta Ads
Demand you create rather than catch. Automation took the audience choice away, so the creative is now the targeting — volume of honest variants beats one expensive film.
best when · the product is visual and impulse-friendly
Telegram Ads
Cheap reach, and an audience that stays reachable afterwards because they land in a bot rather than on a page you rent.
best when · your market actually lives in Telegram
Email & Klaviyo
The one channel you own. Flows earn while nobody touches them, and they are what makes a paid first order affordable.
best when · there is a second purchase to win
Analytics & CRO
Not a channel, the thing that makes the others readable. Tracking that does not double-count, and the landing page rebuilt when it is the bottleneck.
best when · the ads look fine and the cost per customer does not

//the argument
When the ads are fine, the problem is somewhere else
The click is stage two of five. An agency that only buys media can optimise stages one and two and is structurally unable to touch the rest — so when the cost per customer goes the wrong way, the only lever it has is to buy more traffic. That is why campaigns plateau with everyone insisting nothing is broken.
We start the other way round. Before the budget moves we check that the signal is honest, because a pixel that double-counts makes every later decision wrong. Then we look at the page, the form, the checkout and the follow-up — all things we can change ourselves, in the same week, without asking anyone’s permission.
It is also why we never charge a percentage of ad spend. That model pays us to spend more, which is precisely the wrong incentive when the honest answer is to spend less and fix the page.

//how a month runs
What actually happens, week by week
week 1
Read, then decide
Last month closed, the numbers reconciled, and the one or two things worth changing chosen. Not everything that could be tested — the things that move cost per customer.
week 2
Build and ship
New creative, new copy, a landing page variant, a flow, a set of exclusions. Whatever the decision needs, built by the people who decided it.
week 3
Let it run
The unglamorous part. Algorithms need volume before a result means anything, and most accounts are damaged by being touched too often.
week 4
Report and plan
The frozen monthly report, the honest attribution, and next month agreed in a call rather than presented at you.
//the tooling
We built our own platforms to run this properly
Reporting is where agency relationships usually rot: a slide deck once a month, numbers nobody can reproduce, and a commentary written to look busy. We got tired of it and wrote the software instead.
On the SEO side there is a platform with a crawler, a task catalog and a client login — your numbers, live, pulled nightly from six sources, with each month’s report frozen at publication so it cannot quietly change afterwards. On the campaign side there is an operating panel that grades users by funnel stage, so budget follows the cohort that actually converts rather than the one that merely clicked.
Neither is a product we licence. They come with the work, at no per-seat charge.
//what you get access to
A login, not a PDF
your numbers between reports, whenever you want them
Six sources, synced nightly
Search Console, GA4, positions, Core Web Vitals and more
Reports frozen on publish
a later sync never rewrites a month you already read
Funnel grading by stage
so we can tell a cheap click from a real customer
Commentary written by a person
the model never writes a number, only the sentence around it
//the objections
What you are probably thinking
Most people arriving here have had an agency before and did not enjoy it.
“A generalist team will be worse than specialists.”
On a single channel at large scale, often true, and we will tell you when you have outgrown us. Below that, the specialist problem is that nobody owns the whole funnel: four vendors each report a green number while the cost per customer climbs. One team that can also change the page usually beats that.
“How do we know you are not just spending our budget?”
Because we do not earn a cent more when you spend more. Fixed fee, media paid by you directly to the platform on your own card, and the account is in your name from day one. If the honest answer is to cut the budget, nothing in our contract argues against it.
“We tried ads and they did not work.”
Usually one of four things: the tracking was wrong so the numbers were fiction, the budget sat under the platform’s learning threshold, the landing page undid the ad, or the audience genuinely is not there. The audit tells you which, and the fourth answer is free.
“We already have someone in-house.”
Then we plug into them rather than replace them. Common arrangement: your marketer owns the brand and the calendar, we take the channels and the engineering. It only goes wrong when nobody is clear who decides — so we make that explicit in week one.
“What if it does not work in three months?”
Thirty days’ notice, always. You keep the accounts, the pixel, the creative files, the landing pages and the dashboards. No exit fee and no hostage-taking of assets, because a retainer that needs a contract to survive is not worth having.
“Our market is tiny and specific.”
Then say so early. Narrow B2B with a hundred buyers in the Baltics is usually a sales problem wearing a marketing costume, and paid social will burn money proving it. Sometimes the right retainer is SEO and email only, at half the fee.
//what it costs
Fixed monthly fee, media separate
The fee depends on how many channels you run and how much is built each month, not on how much you spend. Media goes directly from your card to the platform and never touches our invoice.
ONE OR TWO CHANNELS
from €1.5K
per month
A focused retainer — usually SEO plus one paid channel, or email plus paid. Reporting and dashboard included.
THE FULL MIX
from €3K
per month
Four to six channels, creative production, landing page work and the analytics under all of it.
WITH A BUILD ATTACHED
custom
per month + project
When the retainer includes real development — a new site, a bot, a portal — quoted as a project beside the monthly fee.
//questions
Marketing support questions, answered
Do you only support products you built?
No — most of the accounts we run were built by someone else. We start with an audit of what exists, and we are as happy inheriting a working setup as replacing a broken one.
Can we start with one channel?
That is the usual start, and the one we recommend. Pick the channel the audit says is most wrong, run it for a quarter, and add the next one when the first is earning. Nobody should buy six channels on a first invoice.
Who owns the accounts and the creative?
You do, from the first day. The ad accounts, the pixel, the Klaviyo list, the creative files, the landing pages and the dashboards are all in your name. Our access is removable in a click.
How often do we actually talk?
A monthly call around the report, and a shared channel for the rest of the time where a real person answers within your working day. No ticket queue and no account manager relaying questions to someone else.
What does the free audit include?
Accounts, tracking, landing pages and search visibility — the full list is on each channel page. Three to five days, written up, and yours to keep whether or not you hire us. It usually finds between a fifth and two fifths of spend going somewhere useless.
