Questions you'd probably ask anyway
Here's what clients usually want to know before starting a project with a web development studio.
//getting started
How does a project usually start?
With a short call to figure out what you're building and how you'd like to work — fixed price, time & materials, or a dedicated team. From there we scope the work and send over a clear plan before writing a line of code.
How long does a project take?
Depends on scope. A landing page or a corporate website can ship in a few weeks. A custom platform with its own backend usually runs a few months. We'll give you a real timeline once we know what you're building.
Can you redesign an existing website, or take over a project from another agency?
Yes, regularly. We've redesigned outdated sites, replaced builds that didn't work out, and taken over projects other agencies couldn't finish. If you already have something running, we can work with it or rebuild it — whichever makes more sense for what you're trying to do.
Is there a minimum project size?
No fixed minimum. Our projects have ranged from a compact brand-and-website build under €2K to multi-month platforms well into five figures. Tell us what you need and we'll tell you honestly whether it's a good fit.
//pricing
How is a project priced?
Three ways: a fixed price when the scope is clear, time & materials when it's expected to evolve, or a dedicated team if you want developers working only on your product. See our pricing page for how each one works.
What's your average project budget?
Around $10K, though it swings both ways — a focused landing page costs less, a full platform build costs more. Tell us what you're building and we'll give you a real number.
//tech & ownership
What technologies do you work with?
React, Next.js and Vue on the front end — all in TypeScript. Node.js, PHP (Laravel and Yii), Python, Go and .NET on the back end, with MySQL as our go-to database. React Native, Flutter and native Swift for mobile. We also build on WordPress when that's the right fit, use AWS for file and media storage, and design in Figma. We're not tied to one language or framework — we pick the stack for the project, not the other way around.
Do you build on WordPress or other platforms, or is everything custom?
Mostly custom — most of our projects are built from scratch on our own stack. But we've also shipped on WordPress when that was the better fit, like a corporate site the client's own team needed to keep updating without a developer.
Do you build custom admin panels or CRMs?
Yes — several of our projects include a custom admin panel or CRM built around how the client's team actually works: document management and e-signing, delivery and driver tracking, blog and content editing. It's often easier to build the exact tool a team needs than to force their workflow into an off-the-shelf one.
Who owns the code and the design once the project is delivered?
You do. Once a project is delivered and paid for, the code and the design are yours outright.
Can I hire just one developer instead of a full team?
Yes — that's exactly what the dedicated team model is for. You get an expert working only on your product, without hiring and managing them in-house.
//design & branding
Do you take on design or branding projects without full development?
Yes. Logo and visual identity, packaging, pitch decks, marketing materials — design-only engagements are a regular part of our work, not an exception. Some of our case studies started exactly that way and grew into a full website later.
Do you build proper design systems, or just individual page designs?
When a project calls for it, yes — a defined colour and type system, reusable components, documented states, not just a set of one-off pages. That's what lets a client's own team keep building consistently after we hand off.
//industries & project types
What industries have you worked in?
A wide range — healthcare and foodtech, fintech and Web3, e-commerce and beauty, logistics and heavy equipment, real estate, and B2B SaaS. Most of what we build is specific enough to the client's business that a template wouldn't have worked.
Do you build e-commerce websites?
Yes — from multi-brand stores to single-product shops, including checkout, product catalogues, and the admin tools that manage them.
Do you build mobile apps for iOS and Android?
Yes, for both — React Native or Flutter for cross-platform apps, native Swift when a project specifically calls for it.
//working with us
Do you only work with clients in Lithuania or Europe?
No. We're based in Vilnius, but we work with clients worldwide — remote collaboration across time zones is just part of how we operate.
What happens after the project launches?
We don't disappear the moment it ships. Every project comes with a warranty period and ongoing technical support, so you're covered if something needs attention after going live.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes — if confidentiality matters for your project, we're happy to sign an NDA before any details are shared.
Do you require a deposit before starting?
For most projects, yes — a partial payment upfront to confirm the engagement, with the rest tied to milestones or delivery. Exact terms depend on the project and the pricing model.
