Telegram Ads, run by people who read the numbers
Telegram is where a lot of audiences already spend their day, and its ad platform is still cheap enough to be interesting. We set up the account, write the ads, pick the channels, and track every user through to the action that pays — on an admin panel we built ourselves. For clients in Lithuania and across Europe, in any vertical.

//why telegram
Why Telegram Ads are worth a line in the budget
Telegram ads are short, text-only, and appear inside channels people chose to follow. That sounds like a limitation until you run them: no creative production pipeline, no scroll-past banner blindness, and CPMs well under what the same audience costs on Meta. The mechanics do not change by industry — what changes is the wording, the channel list, and what counts as a converted user. We have run this for regulated verticals and for plain retail, and the funnel underneath is the same five stages either way.

We run campaigns on our own panel, and you see the numbers
Telegram’s own reporting stops at the click. Ours does not. Campaigns run on an admin panel we built and keep improving: every user who arrives from an ad is followed to the action that matters — a registration, an order, a booking — graded by stage and reconciled against your own data. When a channel stops paying for itself we see it inside a week, not at the end of the month.
The panel itself is internal — our operators work in it, and it is not handed out as a client login. What you get is the reporting built from it: agreed metrics, on an agreed cadence, plus raw exports whenever you ask.

What actually makes a Telegram ad work
[01]
160 characters, no image
One sentence has to carry the offer and the reason to tap. We write in the register of the channel it appears in — an ad that reads like an ad gets scrolled past.
[02]
Channels beat interests
Broad topic targeting spends fast and converts thin. A hand-picked list of 30–60 channels, pruned weekly on lead quality rather than CTR, is where the margin is.
[03]
Land inside Telegram
Sending a tap out to a browser loses most of it. A bot or mini app keeps the user in the app they are already in — and gives you a contact you can message again.
[04]
Moderation is a schedule item
Every ad is reviewed before it runs, and rejections cost days. We write within the rules the first time and keep spare variants queued.
[05]
CPM is not the metric
Cheap impressions are easy to buy. We optimise on cost per S3 and S4 lead, which is why the tracker has to be wired up before the first euro is spent.
[06]
The second message matters more
Acquisition is the cheap half. What you send the lead on day two, three and seven decides whether the ad paid for itself.

Scaled to 38K users, then graded them
The account went from a standing start to 38K users in the bot. Raw volume was never the question — the panel graded every one of them, and the S3 cohort is what the budget followed.

Telegram next to Meta and Google
It is not a replacement. It is the channel that is still cheap, and the one where the audience you buy stays reachable afterwards without paying again.

//questions
Telegram Ads questions, answered
What is the minimum budget?
Telegram sets its own entry threshold and it moves, but the number that matters is what makes a test readable: around €2,000 of ad spend over six weeks, plus our fee from €3,500. Below that you get impressions, not an answer.
Can you run ads without a Telegram channel of our own?
Yes — ads can point to a website or a mini app. But if the goal is a community, building the channel first usually makes the same budget go further.
Do you build the landing page too?
That is the part we are actually a studio for. Ads, page and tracking get built together, so there is no handover gap between the click and what it lands on.
Do we get a login to the dashboard?
No — it is our internal operating tool, not a client product, and there are no client logins in it. You get reporting built from it on an agreed cadence, plus raw exports of your own data whenever you ask.
We are in a regulated vertical. Will moderation let us run?
Often yes, with the right wording and the right geo — we have run igaming and crypto accounts through it. Rejections cost days, not money, so we write within the rules the first time and keep spare variants queued. If a vertical is genuinely blocked in your market, we say so before you pay us.
How is this billed?
Our fee and your ad spend are separate lines, always. You see exactly what went to Telegram and what went to us. See the pricing page for the three models.
