NutriGuide is a nutrition platform that delivers personalized meal plans, macro tracking, and recipe discovery to help users build healthier eating habits. We took the project from zero — research, branding, product design, and full-stack development — delivering a complete ecosystem: a marketing landing page, the core web application, and an admin panel with deep AI integration for content automation.

What have we done

Conducted product research and defined the feature set, user flows, and information architecture from scratch.

Task

The client came with a concept — a nutrition app that makes healthy eating accessible and personal. There was no product yet, no design, no technical foundation. The challenge was to research the market, define the product, design it, and ship a working MVP within three months with a team of six.

Solution

We started with product research — analysing competitors, defining user personas, and mapping out the core experience. From there, we moved into UI/UX design for both the user-facing app and the admin panel, then into parallel frontend and backend development.

The user app was built around a weekly meal plan system: users complete an onboarding quiz (goals, dietary preferences, restrictions), and the platform generates a personalized plan with recipes, macro breakdowns, and a shopping list. Each recipe includes detailed nutritional data, cooking instructions, and the option to swap meals on the fly.

The platform tracks daily macros — protein, carbs, and fat — with visual progress indicators that help users stay on target without obsessing over numbers. A recipe base with categories, filters, and favourites makes it easy to explore new meals or repeat ones that worked.

On the admin side, we integrated AI tools that generate high-quality meal images, suggest unique recipes based on ingredient combinations, and automate repetitive content tasks — letting the team scale their recipe library without scaling the headcount.

The result is a fully functional nutrition platform shipped in three months — from first research session to 10,000+ active users. A landing page that converts, an app that keeps users engaged with personalized plans and tracking, and an AI-enhanced admin panel that makes content operations effortless.
