Subject

Baltrenta, a company specializing in construction equipment rentals, approached us to develop a straightforward and efficient website. They wanted to streamline the rental process with a catalog of available machines and accessories, plus a user-friendly form for submitting rental requests.

What have we done

  1. Developed a user-friendly catalog for heavy machinery — excavators, loaders, compactors and rollers, and accessories — with detailed descriptions, images and specifications.
  2. Designed an intuitive rental request form, capturing machine preferences, rental duration and customer details.
  3. Built real-time availability status on every listing — available now, or booked until a given date.
  4. Implemented SEO optimization to improve the site's visibility in search engines.
  5. Optimized platform performance for fast load times on both desktop and mobile.

Task

The brief was a simple, functional website: a catalog of machinery, a rental request form, and supporting pages like FAQ and About Us. It had to streamline the rental process for customers while showcasing Baltrenta's full range of equipment, in two months with a three-person team.

Solution

We split the catalog into four categories — excavators, loaders, compactors and rollers, and accessories — so customers can go straight to the equipment type they need instead of scrolling one long list. Every listing shows availability and a starting price up front, and a "Send request" button on the card itself, so requesting equipment takes one click from the catalog rather than a trip through a separate contact page.

The catalog and request form work the same way for every visitor — browse by category, check availability, and send a request in one click — which cuts down on back-and-forth emails just to find out if a machine is free.

For Baltrenta's team, that same simplicity means fewer manual availability checks and less repeated correspondence, since half the questions a customer would otherwise call in with are already answered on the listing itself.
